Friday Night

Hi All,

Well the heavens opened at 4’o’clock. Boy did it rain!  I went around the course at 4.30pm.  It was damp and dry on the mountain.  All ready for the off at 6.20, as soon as they closed the roads, yes, that’s right, it chucked it down again!  Finally got of down Bray Hill and into Quarter Bridge, only for the management light to come on. I stopped at the Railway for Chris (Padgetts) to have a look and it reset, so off I went only for it to come back on at Crosby.

A very steady lap “Salt” wouldn’t rev above 9,000 rpm.  I had a bit of a slide at the 33rd which woke me up a bit. (Bagpus!)

We think it was water in the CDI box so we’ll sort it out for Saturday night’s final practice session.

Bye for now

John

Blue Nose racers were watching from Governor’s Bridge.

Hya John!!

This is  Tracey and Brian Wyles, having a domestic over getting out of his leathers!!  Tracey looks really bothered.  Brian wanted to keep his annonaminity, (except we couldn’t spell it.)
