Teppi and Tunis finally get their outfit!

Teppi and Tunis received a mysterious package in the post. It turned out to be a motorcycle and sidecar.

An anonymous lottery winner (who wished to remain anonymous) had seen their plea for an outfit on the website and decided to help them out. He had seen this on the ebay and thought of them. The teddies were over the moon. They all jumped aboard, except Teppi wouldn’t let Poppy on because he was laughing at it.

The next day Teppi woke up to find himself glued to the dash board!!!

It took Tunis three days to get him loose because he refused to take his duffle coat off! Teppi couldn’t think who would do such a thing?

They got their own back though, they dismantled Poppy’s bike and he had to put it back together himself!!

Once they got Teppi free, him and Tunis decided to visit the Mimms, the home of the Merlin Sidecar. They knew that they sprayed the John Batty Racing bikes so why not theirs.

Ken, the boss, said certainly but they had to have their picture taken on their latest project.

Ken also races Sidecars!!

Teppi was impressed and is saving up for one of these. They do this for a living, and spray cars as well. They do a pretty neat job.

This is the Merlin’s top solo rider. He got a podium position in the Manx GP 2009 but was beaten into first by a girlie!!! Carolyn Sells of course. Oops!! Good luck for 2010. Will there be a First on the cards? She’s retired now.

They also have Peter who was on his honeymoon when we visited. He races solos and sidecars for the team. Get his picky next time.
